What do you like best about OnTyme AI?

OnTyme makes it easy to connect technicians, companies, and clients all at once. I’ve seen a huge benefit from the AI-powered scheduling, which finds empty slots and chooses the best technician and time automatically. With all data shared in real-time, I can now easily handle any project, regardless of its size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnTyme AI?

OnTyme needs a tutorial for first-time users. Right now, it has so many features that users are left to explore them on their own. A simple guide would make the onboarding process much smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnTyme AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves a significant amount of time by eliminating duplicate tasks. Previously, I had to manually assign technicians by checking individual schedules and comparing routes.
