What do you like best about OnTrac?

You get to know the drivers as they work the same routes. They are on time and efficient, and the customer service line is also very helpful. You can also pay for a package to be sent to you, and forward the label to the other individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnTrac?

They changed the pickup times in my area, so packages have to be ready 2.5 hours earlier than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
