I like Onstream Meetings for its simplicity and reliability. It's really easy to set up and use—no complex installation or configuration needed—so I can start or join meetings without any technical hassle. I also enjoy the smooth audio and video quality, as meetings run without interruptions, allowing for focused and productive conversations. The collaboration features are excellent too; screen sharing, real-time chat, and document sharing make it easy to present ideas and work with teams effectively during meetings. While Onstream Meetings is useful overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the main concerns is the user interface, which can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive at times. It takes some time for new users to get comfortable navigating the platform. Another issue is occasional performance instability. There can be audio/video lags, pauses, or glitches—especially when using multiple features like VoIP and video together—which can disrupt the meeting experience. The documentation and help resources could also be better. The support materials are sometimes hard to navigate, and it would be helpful to have more self-service options like searchable guides or tutorials instead of relying on support.
