Describe the project or task OnPage helped with:

OnPage provides a comprehensive email integration service that allows users to view entire emails on their mobile devices. It also features a notification system that alerts users with a sound and a call if they haven't responded. What do you like best about OnPage?

I do enjoy that OnPage displays the entire email, so I can see exactly what someone needs without having to get up and check my computer. I can see the full email right there in the page. I also like that OnPage provides a ding to alert me, and if I haven't responded, it will ring me, which is a feature I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnPage?

I had an issue with the constant notifications. Last night, we had 29 IDFs go down, and I received 29 messages from our monitoring service. While trying to work on the problem, the notifications kept coming in, as the issue was ongoing. It was frustrating because my phone was constantly vibrating and ringing, and I had to keep dealing with it as I was troubleshooting. The continuous notifications were a big problem and distracted me from resolving the issue effectively. This has been my first time experiencing such an issue with the app, but it's significant enough that it needs to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OnPage:

To improve the user experience, consider implementing a notification management system that allows users to customize the frequency and type of alerts they receive.
