I have sudenly have to shut down my company and asked for a refund as I paid a year in advance, but they have a no refund policy in place, so I now have a year of usage for nothing. Very bad customer service. A real shame that a long time partnership ended like this. I've been a customer for YEARS and this is how they work. That, and it has a highER capacity than most when it comes to the amount of accounts you can add (I believe the max was 30). **What do you dislike about Onlypult?** • Does NOT follow Instagram API rules- they allow you to schedule stories and the platform auto-posts them for you which directly goes against Instagram API rules • Customer service was rarely helpful • Many glitches, failed posts • Our accounts would be notified that there was activity of log-in on our accounts in different countries- when asking OnlyPult about why this occurred, their answer was vague and not helpful **What problems is Onlypult solving and how is that benefiting you?** They attempted to help us manage multiple social media clients on multipule platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Linked in. I also love that I can chat to the OP team at any time with queries. Thanks to Eugene and his team, it feels personal. The primary reason I’ve moved over from other social media platforms is that I can pre-schedule stories and posts way in advance. I used it with five different clients so that I could have all my content perfectly organized. All accounts are perfectly separated, so you could work on each one without mixing contents. The planner option is perfect for scheduling posts in your best timing connections, and also it allows you to upload stories. Working with post, it has a feature to cut videos and also select the preview image. In terms of visual solutions, its interface shows you how Instagram gree is going to look once you have scheduled the posts. Furthermore, you could move all posts, so your grid looks exactly how you need. Onlypult is not only a creator platform, also gives you statistics services of your accounts to measure KPIs. To sum it all up this is a betest app to manage your soical media. I've used Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, Planoly, Social Pilot, and probably some others. Onlypult is by far my favorite platform for scheduling content to social media - especially since my agency takes an Instagram-first approach. It's a clean, easy interface, they're always coming out with new and useful features and they have excellent responsive customer service. The in-app editing feature is pretty amazing too. I'm probably missing some things but it's a great platform. **What do you dislike about Onlypult?** I don't really dislike anything especially since the price is so great but if there's an area of improvement, I'd like to see some more robust analytics - especially cross-platform the way Hootsuite and Sprout have. I would also like to see them become a partner with Facebook/Instagram - but I know that's not easy. Overall, I think they're doing an excellent job and hope they keep doing what they're doing. Another area for improvement would be the Monitoring option. With onlypult I'm able to organize and publish content for several different accounts, copy & paste content from a instagram page to it's facebook page. By far the best option. **What do you dislike about Onlypult?** I would like to be able to get a notification when something is about to be posted. Sometimes, for example, I want to publish a post on a feed, and at the same start a live, so I have to set an alarm, that's not a problem, but it would be nice to be able to set up the notification with onlypult itself. **What problems is Onlypult solving and how is that benefiting you?** I now don't have to be constantly working with my phone, I can schedule the contents and then just do a follow up of the results. ### 22. You can see the preview in a dedicated area and replace everything there, for example you can change the place of a photo with another one you've already planned to post, or change the description, the time and even add more media to the post (or replace the media with another one). I use it for my Instagram stories and feed . I think the biggest benefit is that it really works.
