As a Filipino, I love that I only compete with my countrymen in applying for Jobs online. I am also confident that my race or nationality would not cause any issue or bias because potential clients are fully aware that they are posting jobs for the Filipino VA aspirants. The interface is quite easy to navigate as well. I wish there was a way to avoid having to repeat the verification process on the account when we change profile pictures. I would understand if it requires it if the changes in appearance is drastic, but of Portaits that is usually used in profile pics, i would appreciate if an AI assessed if the new photo is the same person, and not require re-validation.
