I write different kinds of content almost every day, so before I share anything, I like to check the text one last time for small grammar or spelling mistakes. Even after reading it myself, I sometimes miss a few small errors. OnlineCorrection.com has become a simple and quick way to do that. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. My work includes patient education articles, diet guides, presentations, emails, health awareness posts, and other written content, so checking the final text is a regular part of my work. The ease of use is very good because I only have to paste my text into the website and start checking it. The ease of implementation was just as easy because there is nothing to install or sign up for. I also like that I can use it directly in the browser whenever I need a quick proofreading.
What I like most is that it does more than just highlight mistakes. It points out grammar, spelling, typing mistakes, and some common word usage problems. It also explains the mistake and suggests a correction, so I can quickly understand what needs to be fixed. I also find the English dialect option useful because I can choose the one that matches the type of content I am writing. I use it regularly before sharing my work. The number of features is good for a simple proofreading tool because it focuses on the things I actually need without making the process complicated. Since everything works in the browser, it fits easily into my daily routine. Overall, it is a simple and reliable tool that helps me catch small writing mistakes before I publish or share my content. Most of the time it works well for me, but when I am checking longer articles or other written content, I have to copy and paste everything into the website first. I think having an option to upload a Word document directly would make the process quicker and a little more convenient, especially for longer files. Also, The advertisements on the website can be a little distracting at times. Fewer ads would make the experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
