What do you like best about Online Church Directory.com?

I like that I can easily access all members of our church's congregation. It is easy to see their photos, including their info. The info on it is names, phone numbers, addresses, email, phone number, etc. It is nice to look up addresses for visiting people or sending cards. It is nice to see people's contact info in case I need to get ahold of someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Online Church Directory.com?

Sometimes the info isn't always updated. This isn't an issue with the app per se, it can be more of an administration problem. But sometimes I rely too much on the app and the info isn't actually there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Online Church Directory.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is an easy access for me to see the member's info from our church. This solves the problem of always having to ask people for their contact info. It also helps for when I don't know how else to contact someone. If they are a member of our church, their info is readily available for when we need to use it. The benefits are ease of access, ease to update, ease to explain to people. It is very helpful and has been very beneficial to our church! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
