What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

OneSpan Sign is a dead-simple solution. We implemented it at the beginning of the pandemic when a majority of our staff were working from home, which meant we weren't able to offer the usual face-to-face training. The drag/drop user interface made the implementation of this solution extremely simple and easy on our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

What problems is OneSpan Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

The pandemic shifted the nature of branch visits by our members. Historically we would have required members to attend the branch for any account changes as we needed physical signatures on paper copies of documents. At the beginning of the pandemic, we shifted our branch hours to 'by appointment only' which left a big gap for members who would have just popped in to solve problems they were experiencing. OneSpan Sign allowed us to offer a much simpler solution to our members whereby they could sign from the comfort of their homes. This has resulted in an improved service experience.
