What do you like best about OneSignal?

OneSignal is excellent at managing all aspects of our APNS and FCM communications. Having used it for over four years, we’ve never experienced an outage or fault. Setting up and managing the push notification system has always been effortless, and searching for messages, subscriptions, or user groups is straightforward. In-app messaging has been invaluable for both our day-to-day and emergency communications; we’ve come to rely on it so much that we’re currently expanding how we use it. The setup tools make creating dialogs so simple that anyone on our team can do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSignal?

Very little to dislike. Sometimes I need to set up a segment of 1 subscription to get a message to an individual which is a bit of a pain - it's not a problem though, this is about the worst thing I can think of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneSignal has abstracted all aspects of the management of push notifications, we never have to think about them. For marketing, OneSignal provides an invaluable communication channel to our people on the ground. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
