"Oneleet made SOC 2 practical, not painful"

What do you like best about Oneleet?

Oneleet helped make the SOC 2 process feel practical instead of overly audit-driven. Their policies and controls are organized in a way that maps cleanly to real operational and security work, which made it much easier to understand what actually mattered and why. The platform guidance around controls and evidence collection has been especially helpful for planning ahead for auditor expectations rather than reacting late in the process.

I also appreciated that they don’t feel like a black box. Their API and automation support made it easy for us to integrate evidence collection into our own workflows and internal systems. At the same time, the dashboard itself is intuitive and saves a lot of manual effort through built-in automated checks and evidence gathering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oneleet?

The platform is still relatively early, so we did run into a few minor UI quirks and rough edges along the way. That said, the Oneleet team was extremely responsive whenever we reported something. In several cases, fixes or improvements were turned around within a day, which gave us a lot of confidence in both the product direction and the team behind it. What problems is Oneleet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oneleet is helping us turn what could have been an overwhelming SOC 2 process into something much more understandable, operational, and actionable. Instead of treating compliance as just a checklist for auditors, the platform has helped educate us on why controls matter, how they map to real security practices, and how to build processes that genuinely improve our security posture.

That has been valuable not just for passing an audit, but for helping us become a more security-minded company overall. As a company focused on developer security and secrets management, going through this process with clearer guidance and better operational structure ultimately helps us do a better job for our customers as well.
