**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

The staff who help me both through the set-up and at my event are amazing. I have worked with Maria for years. She knows my event from start to finish and offers great suggestions. It was wonderful having her as my onsite coordinator as well this year. She helped me set up our presentation, trained volunteers, and jumped in to help guests. I couldn't ask for a better partner.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

OneCause has increased its flexibility, but there are still some areas where it could be improved. For example, when entering the details of silent auction items, the restrictions are incredibly important to bidders. The way these are separated from the description and require our guests to click another button to read increases the possibility of misunderstanding. Which can increase the possibility of disgruntled guests.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a one-person development and communications department. Trying to keep track of all of the details for a special event, in addition to performing all my other responsibilities, can get overwhelming. OneCause allows me to have one online resource that tracks my progress and provides reminders of what I have yet to complete.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

We had been using a different software for years, and it was clunky and not user-friendly. After doing extensive research, I found that One Cause checked all the boxes for us. It’s easy to use on both the front end and the back end, which has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day work. The price was on par with other similar software and, in some cases, much less. I’ve also found their customer support to be amazing—responsive, receptive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed it. I love the AI aspect when entering in donations for the the auctions. One Cause does not integrate with our CRM software, but the reports are easy enough to find the information we do need. All in all I think One Cause performs well for both the client and the staff.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

I don't love that it is not integrated with LGL. I also don't love that when entering in collected donations that are not in packages doesn'yt not have an organized system in place.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI aspect of entering auction items was so helpful and sped up the processes of entering items. I did have a concern that the procurement verses lots was a little more difficult to organize but customer service said they would tell the software engineers to take that into consideration.

  ### 3. All-in-One Event Tracking with Top-Notch OneCause Support

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

I really appreciated having everything all in one place. I was able to track sponsorships, ticket sales, auction items donated, corporate sponsors, auction item purchased, and any unsold auction items all on one site. I could also build an event page to send out to my guests, which contained everything needed for my event. Additionally, the reporting and tracking was great through OneCause- and their Customer Service support is top-notch. A great, robust platform for the price.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

I did not find OneCause University to be very helpful; however, the actual Customer Support Team (live humans!) were AWESOME!!!!

It would be wonderful if OneCause would integrate with DonorPerfect. I had to manually enter all sales into DP.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and management of events; Streamlining everything into one place- including outreach and communication with guests. Reporting capabilities.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

The Fundraising Platform is pretty easy to use once you learn it. Updates are always being made and you guys seem to listen to customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

Go back to dedicated sales reps for customers. It was easier, better service, more personable. Didn't always have to explain everything to each person you speak to. Also, offer the ability to always be able to sort supporters by last name. When trying to pair people up for bidder number sharing in Event Supporters, you should be able to sort by last name. This would make it so much easier. Also would love the ability to be able to reclass donations - if a donor made a purchase, but later decided they wanted it to be a donation instead of a purchase, the ability to reallocate it would be helpful. Often, sponsors accidentally pay as a donation, but then I cannot move it. It skews my analytics.

Also in the P2P platform, it would be so helpful if it were more like the fundraising platform for reporting and data analysis.

Peer to Peer fundraising and non-profit auction. Also, pop up fundraisers and a new donate to vote event. Very intuitive for users

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

Having a centralized hub to coordinate all aspects of fundraising and running events. It is especially helpful to have a representative from OneCause on-site during a large event. No matter how much you plan, there are always unexpected issues that arrive during the event.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

The back end can be visually confusing at times, and many reports don't include as much information as you would like to have in one report - for example, there wasn't an easy report to show attendees and their meal/ticket options. This year was the first year our agency switched over to the new software. Although it looked updated, many areas were more confusing in where to find information. It seems there were multiple ways to find the same information, but less of being able to find all of the information you need in one place (ex: supporter information, auction donor information, etc.)

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a smaller nonprofit, it is helping us with capacity in running events and fundraising. Having software to manage tasks that would have been more difficult and time-consuming without it is so helpful. It is also amazing to have the bidding and financial aspects online and user-friendly for our supporters. It has also increased our chances for revenue and return on investment.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

I really appreciate the great customer service from Bonterra OneCause for every question I had. The platform offers a lot of capabilities, which was impressive to me. I also like how it could be integrated with our presentation during the gala. Even though it was my first time using it, the customer service team made it easy to work through any questions I had, whether it was working with my consultant or calling the helpline. There was always someone available, and they quickly answered any questions I had.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

I would say it was a little over complicated for what we needed, but I don't necessarily view that as a negative thing now that I've used the software.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonterra OneCause for ticketing and fundraising at our school gala, appreciating its integration capabilities and excellent customer service. Although it felt a bit over complicated initially, it wasn't a negative aspect once I got familiar with the software.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

OneCause was very easy for our staff to adopt and provided all the functionality we needed for our Gala and more. Looking forward to exploring other ways to use the system in furtherance of our fundraising objectives.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

Our only issue was that we felt the checkout process could've been more intuitive for our guests. Links sent directed them to their account landing page, from which they had to know to select the cart option in order to pay. Linking directly to the cart would've been more stright-forward.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCause allowed us to condudct our first Gala in a professional and cost-effective way without a huge learning curve.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

I have used One Cause for more than 20 years at two different non-profits and it is the most user-friendly and intuitive software product I have used. The ability to import the prior year's event is valuable and saves so much time. The system is fairly intuitive, so it's easy to train volunteers to assist with data entry. The software has been an incredible tool to raise funds for our school!

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

The ability to add multiple pictures more easily than the current method would be highly preferred, as well as, being able to see the pictures larger. 

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen our auction grow more successful each year, increasing the number of bids and ways for people to bid even if they don't attend the event.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

I like Bonterra OneCause's friendly and clean user interface, which makes it easy to use. The pie charts in analytics provide a quick visual, and the reports are helpful for reconciliation of donations. The initial setup was also pretty easy. Customer support is also very good.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

In the online auction section, once a bid has been placed, being unable to adjust prices (value, buy it now price) is problematic. These sometimes need to be adjusted. Additionally, not being able to mark an auction item as picked up before a trusted donor has paid is also a problem for tracking fulfillment.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonterra OneCause helps build our online auction site, manage guests, and track donations. Its friendly interface and analytics with pie charts make it easy to use, and the reports aid in donation reconciliation.

**What do you like best about Bonterra OneCause?**

Onecause is a great platform that we started using to help with our Golf Tournament and Auction.  We quickly found out how useful it is for our regular dontions and campaigns.  The user experence is better than other platforms we have tried which makes it easier for us as we are dealing with our donors.

**What do you dislike about Bonterra OneCause?**

Some of the reports are features are hidden where you wouldn't expect them and their AI Agent is almost always giving worng information.

**What problems is Bonterra OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onecause has become a great partner helping with our campaigns and fundraisers.
