OneATM team has gone to great lengths to meet all our needs, and their experience and flexibility have contributed to a long-term partnership. They helped to identify communities’ pain points that allowed us to connect with the target audience, get feedback, funds, and create the roadmap for the project growth. OneATM Agency provided us with the following services: Marketing strategy creation, Performance Marketing execution, Social Media Marketing activities, Community management, Project launch strategy creation. What do you like best about OneATM?

My biggest impression is the quality and speed of work with this marketing agency. I have a lot of experience hiring Ukrainian development teams and from something exotic in 2008 it becomes absolutely pragmatic solution when you know what to expect and how much it could cost.

But, it is my first experience with Marketing teams. I heard a lot of negative feedback about mid-century approaches and grey-/black- marketing tactics of CIS marketing agencies. We even start the interview with only TOP teams like Fedoriv and Promodo, but was very disappointed. Suddenly, a college friend of our CTO gave contacts of this agency and I was really impressed in their experience on the US market and how transparent they make all the deals. I might say that we got the top-quality service comparable with very popular US agencies but 5 times cheaper and without delays.

What do you dislike about OneATM?

What problems is OneATM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We planned to hire them as one of the subcontractors but in fact, they executed all the marketing activities for our team. Suddenly, we found that we could get all the services in one place and reduce costs and time spent on team management as well as working with people in different time zones.
