What do you dislike about One Legal?

Over the three years I have used One Legal, the only issues I have had with the system were problems with the overall e-filing system here in Illinois and not with One Legal itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is One Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?

E-filing on the free option for Illinois is very time consuming, not only because the workflow is truncated, but also because each step has to be uploaded at each step. With One Legal, everything is done and uploaded with a smooth, seamless process. Also their customer service is readily available and they are always willing to help.
