The support team is not helping either, and my live site is down because I can't point it to the correct name server. It's been about a week with no help. Another problem is that when transferring the domain to One.com, I had to pay and they didn't extend expiry date by a year which was promised while transferring the name. There should be a button to verify that email forwarding is working one he site. Also that the test emails to test the forward shouldn't take too long to arrive. Easy to believe it is not working then. **Recommendations to others considering One.com:** Very easy to use and has the best price for all the service you can get. Chat online with support in multiple languages. Truly great! **What problems is One.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving old websites hosted on old servers to a modern solution. The benefit with one.com is to be able to tell your client who has no clue about web how easy one.com is to use and it has the best price in the market. Also let your client manage the website without prior knowledge of the tool. Very user friendly in other words. ### 30.
