The software is very intuitive and for the most part easy to use. The support is exceptional! When using the chat support I usually have my answer within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were more premade reports built in to the system. Also, when exporting data to csv files, I'd prefer not having to modify the resulting spreadsheet by deleting multiple columns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
