I like that OnboardReady makes onboarding new employees and tracking their hours a lot easier. Everything is in one place, and it’s pretty straightforward to use. It helps me schedule work, keep track of employees, clients, and jobs across different sites, and cut down on paperwork. Seeing the schedule and tracking time helps me invoice clients better, and I can see how many clients I have and which ones to prioritize. I also like the incentives for employees who perform at a high rate. Setup was super easy, and the staff were very helpful and ready to answer my questions when I needed them.
