What do you like best about Omnisend?

Honestly, the biggest thing for me is how straightforward it is. I don't have a marketing background, and honestly, my team and I have enough on our plates with loan processing without having to become email experts overnight. Omnisend takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process. The pre-built automation workflows for things like cart abandonment are a lifesaver. Being able to just set that up and let it run has allowed us to create a consistent follow-up strategy for our loan applications without it turning into a second full-time job. The integration with our CRM was seamless, which was a huge relief. We didn't have to call in our IT guy for a week to get it working; it was mostly plug-and-play. What do you dislike about Omnisend?

This might be my fault for coming from a financial services background, but I do find the segmentation part a little fiddly at times. I’m used to dealing with very specific data sets, and while Omnisend has a lot of power to slice and dice your audience, it can feel like a lot to navigate when you're just trying to get a simple campaign out the door. What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit for me is the time savings. It allows my team to focus on processing loan applications and managing the actual transactions rather than worrying about sending follow-up emails. The unified inbox is also a massive help. It consolidates all our communication into one place, so if a client texts back or responds to an email, we see it immediately. It gives me clear, actionable performance data that I can use to tweak our messaging and ultimately help us convert more leads, which is the name of the game for us.
