OmniFocus has a relatively steep learning curve, but if you're willing to put in the time and effort to learn the program, it can be an extremely powerful tool to help organize your projects and tasks. It's available across a variety of platforms including MacOS and iOS/iPadOS. As with any task management application, it is dependent on the user keeping up with tasks and not continually deferring them until they become overwhelming.
