I find OmniCite's interface very user-friendly and intuitive, and it gives me actionable items to increase my AIO profile. I like that I don't have to spend time trying to learn the product and can go deeper into using it, which makes it more beneficial for me and one less thing to worry about. The support is very helpful, and they can help make necessary changes to my website or create copy. OmniCite helps me stay relevant and helps my customers and partners find my organization. To some extent it is a bit of a black box as to what it's doing in the background. Being a tech guy I would be interested in knowing a little bit more about what's happening in the background for it to figure out where a company is ranking in AIO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
