What do you like best about Omni HR?

I really like that Omni HR brings everything into one place—employee data, payroll, leave attendance, and performance management all within a single system. Having a single source of employee data and the ability for employees to self-update their details are standout features. I appreciate how it generates payslips instantly and makes it easy to retrieve or view leave balances. With Omni HR, HR stops being a bottleneck and becomes more of a support function instead of a gatekeeper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omni HR?

I'm missing 'everyday' features like no bulk actions for certain tasks like sending docs to many employees at once. Certain workflows still require manual steps. Some features feel basic and not fully mature, like advanced workflows or reporting, which may require workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
