What do you like best about Omnes Group?

Aside from the fact that they brought VERY qualified candidates to us, and within record time, they focus heavily on making sure each candidate is a cultural fit.

What do you dislike about Omnes Group?

I can’t say there are any downsides to working with Omnes.

Recommendations to others considering Omnes Group:

Make sure you are as prepared for the entire process as they are.

Once you start a project with them, they will start sending candidates quickly enough to catch you off guard.

Make sure you’re responsive with the applicants they put you in touch with - they care a great deal about both their clients and their candidates.

Omnes put our entire dev team together. Their vetting process and technical screening ensured we spent no time headhunting, background checking, interviewing etc.
