"Omnea Streamlines Change Management with Transparent, Customizable Workflows"

What do you like best about Omnea?

Omnea provides us with a highly customizable platform where change is efficiently built and deployed using my own resources to accommodate change and enhancements. The platform also creates a process flow which is transparent, far more efficient and allows to centrally store decisions and artefacts. The structured and consistent process orchestration also keeps our business safe in a highly regulated industry, removing the risk of human error. And lastly, the experience for our third parties has vastly improved by making us easier to do business with by leveraging AI capability to support their due diligence responses. What do you dislike about Omnea?

We haven't identified any downsides - the platform was implemented to remove friction from process flows and improve the experience of users which we have achieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?

The objectives we had at the start of the project where to;

1. Improve the experience of onboarding new suppliers/solutions - making it more transparent E2E and efficient.

2. Create a central repository for all decisions and data.
