What do you like best about Omnea?

The user experience is easily one of the best supplier onboarding systems on the market right now. Beyond that, the implementation team was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The continued support after go-live has also been unlike anything we experienced with our legacy systems. They integrate seamlessly with our ERPs, and whenever we’ve needed something custom, their team has been quick to build it. They’re also at the forefront of bringing the power of AI into the tool, which aligns well with our company’s AI ambitions. Overall, we’ve seen a sharp increase in user adoption thanks to how easy it is to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnea?

They’re still a very young company with a relatively new product. The platform’s reporting section, along with the ability to customize user rights, are clear areas where the product can improve. What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?
