Omnea is highly configurable and you can set up custom workflows, DDQ types, and processes without rigid constraints, adapting the tool to how your teams actually work rather than the other way around. Various teams that previously operated in silos now collaborate in one place, creating a single source of truth and eliminating the need for email and spreadsheet workarounds. The platform is intuitive and actually gets used by employees day-to-day, which has dramatically improved engagement and reduced shadow processes. Workflows route automatically to the right person based on request type, so what used to require manual intervention simply happens and frees up capacity to do more with the same headcount. Omnea's team is also genuinely hands-on and acts as a partner rather than just a vendor, with direct access to people who can build custom workflows tailored to your specific needs. What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you? Omnea has brought together processes that were previously fragmented across multiple teams, tools, and spreadsheets. Various teams that used to operate independently now collaborate in one place, with a single source of truth for procurement, security reviews, privacy, and legal workflows. This has significantly reduced the manual overhead of routing requests, chasing approvals, and maintaining separate records. From a security perspective specifically, vendor and third-party security reviews now live in one auditable place rather than being scattered across emails and spreadsheets. The risk review process is far more streamlined and transparent, and there is no longer any need to switch context or forward requests between teams. The implementation process itself was also a real benefit. Even with multiple teams involved, each with different needs, Omnea managed the timeline and stakeholder alignment smoothly. Historical data was migrated cleanly and the setup went beyond standard configuration, including custom workflows tailored to specific team needs. Our Implementation Lead was responsive, built workflows quickly, and collaborated closely throughout.
