What problems is Omna Search solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omna is solving the misalignment between operator talent and executive opportunities. Too often, recruiters push roles that aren’t the right fit—Omna took the time to understand what actually motivates me, both professionally and personally, and only brought forward roles that matched.
