Recommendations to others considering Omega CRM:

What problems is Omega CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

OMEGA was the chosen partner for the implementation of the CRM (Salesforce) in the organization, and its evolution/roll-out in different subsidiaries/companies of the organization. Once the tool (CRM Salesforce) was selected, OMEGA was chosen as the partner for its implementation according to the defined requirements and the licenses agreed upon directly with Salesforce.
