I like how flexible and customizable Omeda Platform can be for each client. I also really value the Omeda team and the experts who help you along the way. They are responsive, collaborative, and willing to help think through new ideas and more complex use cases. Odyssey and Audience Builder are the tools I use the most. Audience Builder is useful for creating and refining complex queries as well as reviewing data analysis. Odyssey lets me build, test, and manage multi-step campaigns in one place. Some areas of the platform could be more intuitive, especially when working through more complex setups or troubleshooting. There are also times when relatively small changes require support rather than being fully self-service.
