What do you like best about Omatic Software?

The software has allowed us to create information flow from one software to another with a lot of ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omatic Software?

The learning curve was a little bit of a struggle, but that was our fault since we were unable to fully utilize the available training, which I highly recommend taking full advantage of... but the support is also very active and has solved nearly all of our issues. Some issues are not the fault of Omatic since the source of data has not allowed all needed fields to be API, which can create challenges, but still doable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omatic Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to pull data from our processor into our CRM using Omatic Cloud, without using flat files or manual data entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
