I have been navigating a difficult time with recent family bereavements. I used the Oliva benefit to arrange a couple of sessions with a coach. I didn't know what to expect but found it to be a wonderful experience. The coach was so kind and patient, fully engaged and listened to me. She gave suggestions on next steps and how to manage this process. Our second session was just as good and we could see the difference the first session had made to me.
