We have been using Okrabook for several years for our swimming, athletics and football academies, and our overall experience has been very positive.

Running multiple sports academies involves a lot of moving parts — schedules, classes, coaches, venues, registrations, attendance, payments and customer communication. Okrabook brings these processes together into one system, which makes managing the academies considerably easier.

The biggest advantage for us is the flexibility of the platform. Each sport and programme can operate differently, but Okrabook gives us the tools to manage these different requirements without having to use separate systems.

The booking process is straightforward for customers, while on the management side we have much better visibility of our schedules, bookings, customers and operations. This has helped reduce manual work and made our overall processes more organised.

We also appreciate that the platform has continued to develop over the years. The team is open to feedback and has continued adding functionality and improving the product, which gives us confidence that Okrabook is a long-term solution rather than simply a basic booking tool.
