What do you like best about Okendo?

Okendo is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it doesn’t feel like we need a developer just to use it. The Okendo team has been doing most of the legwork, which takes a lot off my team’s plate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Okendo is helping us collect and display authentic customer reviews at scale, which builds trust with new shoppers browsing our product pages. Before Okendo, we didn't have a streamlined way to gather structured product feedback, things like fit and sizing accuracy, ease of installation, and fabric quality and durability, all of which matter a lot for a product category like ours (replacement canopies and outdoor structure covers) where sizing and installation questions are common pain points for customers.

Having these specific review attributes gives shoppers the confidence to buy the right size and understand what to expect before installing, which has helped reduce pre-purchase questions and hesitation. It's also given us valuable, organized feedback we can use internally to improve product descriptions and identify any recurring issues by product line.

On the technical side, the integration with our Shopify site was smooth, and their support team (shoutout to Garrett) has been responsive when we've needed adjustments, like fixing display details on the review widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
