We adopted OTP almost 7 years ago. The APP has really helped improve workflow management ,. What do you dislike about OfficeTools by CARET? We have noticed that after OTP was purchased by AbacusNext, that customer support was not as responsive to support requests as they had been in the past.Additionally, there has not been much in the way of new features rolled out since the acquisition. However, if you're a smaller practice (say under 25) ,we believe that Office Tools is still one of the best & affordable practice management tools on the market today. What problems is OfficeTools by CARET solving and how is that benefiting you? We adopted OTP almost 7 years ago. After we implemented OTP had immediate improvement of or project management & workflows. Then in the subsequent years we improved our project turn time, increase our revenue & profits. In addition at any point in time all of our team knows the status of any project as well as an integrated database for our contacts to QuickBooks Enterprise & office 365.
