"OfficeSpace Streamlines Facilities Management with Customizable, Data-Driven Planning"

4.5/5

What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

What I value most about OfficeSpace is its ability to centralize facilities management into a single platform, reducing the need to toggle between systems and significantly improving efficiency. Its customization capabilities and evolving roadmap allow us to align the tool with our operational needs, while features like asset categorization and data-driven space planning make day-to-day workflows more structured and accurate. Additionally, support for flexible seating models has helped us adapt to hybrid work environments with minimal disruption. Unexpectedly, it has also improved cross-team alignment and transparency by providing a consistent, shared view of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?

OfficeSpace could be improved by addressing intermittent system glitches, which disrupt workflows and reduce confidence in the platform despite quick fixes. There are also gaps in key features—such as calendar views and task management—that force teams to rely on external tools, limiting efficiency. Additionally, concerns about losing existing functionality during migration can create resistance to adoption. Overall, taking a more proactive approach to stability, enhancing core features, and ensuring smoother alignment with current workflows would significantly improve the user experience. What problems is OfficeSpace Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing OfficeSpace, we struggled with managing facilities functions across multiple systems and manual processes, which made it difficult to maintain consistency, visibility, and efficiency across locations. Teams often had to switch between tools and rely on separate trackers for seating, assets, and planning.

Now, we are able to house all facilities-related activities within a single platform, which has streamlined operations and created a more unified approach to managing space, assets, and workplace planning. This has resulted in less time spent navigating between systems and improved alignment across teams.

Additionally, we previously faced challenges driving adoption of flexible seating (hoteling) due to complexity and lack of intuitive tools. With OfficeSpace’s easy-to-use desk booking functionality, employees can quickly reserve space, which has significantly improved user adoption and supported the transition to hybrid work models.
