What do you like best about OfficeExpert TrueDEM?

What problems is OfficeExpert TrueDEM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Various business units and locations have been reporting Microsoft Teams call quality issues and in many helpdesk cases it was challenging to reproduce the situation. Although Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and Call Analytics were helpful to a certain degree.

To identify potential root causes, we needed more detailed information such as processes running on the local machines, CPU or memory load, as well as network (local/office) and ISP route related details.

OfficeExpert TrueDEM provides client telemetry information and combines it with Microsoft CQD and Call Analytics.

All relevant details for troubleshooting are in one place so that Helpdesk efforts are very much reduced now and we are using the OfficeExpert insights for a proactive infrastructure optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
