What do you like best about Office?

I love that CAP makes furniture specification so much easier. You just find your product, drag it into your drawing, and with that you can create renderings, specifications, and choose options and finishes. Pricing automatically updates, and there are so many ways to customize it for the way you or your company works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Office?

The information isn't always 100% accurate. CAP depends on manufacturers to supply their specification and pricing information, so it's only as good as that. Most manufacturers are pretty good, but there are definitely ones that don't supply drawing symbols for all their parts, or their spec or pricing information is wrong. Recommendations to others considering Office:

Take a look at the catalogs they offer and see if your main manufacturers are supported. Most likely they are. Make sure to take advantage of the training sessions they offer (even if they cost more) as if you don't know all the capabilities, you won't get your full value. What problems is Office solving and how is that benefiting you?
