What do you like best about Officaid?

Having everything in one place (CRM, invoicing, payroll, and HR) instead of switching between multiple tools has been a game changer. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who aren't tech-savvy. Being a certified One-Stop Payroll vendor in Singapore means CPF and IRAS submissions are built right in, which saves hours every month. What do you dislike about Officaid?

We need more connectors to sync the data from the other software, especially for migration. That said, the team is responsive and actively rolling out improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Officaid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Officaid, we were using separate tools for sales tracking, invoicing, payroll, and employee management — which meant constant data re-entry and things falling through the cracks. Officaid consolidates all of that into a single dashboard, eliminating duplicate work and giving us a clear view of our business operations. Payroll compliance used to be stressful with manual CPF and IRAS filings, but now it's automated. It's freed up significant time so we can focus on growing the business instead of managing admin.
