At times, the large amount of content available on ODILO can make it difficult to quickly identify the most relevant learning resources. What problems is ODILO solving and how is that benefiting you?

ODILO is helping us solve the challenge of fragmented and limited access to learning by providing a centralized, flexible learning ecosystem with diverse content formats. It is benefiting us by democratizing access to development, encouraging self-directed and continuous learning, supporting targeted capability-building, and providing better visibility into learning engagement and behaviours.
