What do you like best about OdeCloud?

What do you dislike about OdeCloud?

Although they have since improved in this area, more constant and clear communication around support hours utilization and speed in clarifying invoicing questions could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OdeCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have worked with OdeCloud for just over 3 years and that have been a great partner and support to our business. They aided us through an ERP implementation, along with two POS migrations, and countless reporting improvements in the realm of KPI performance, accounting and inventory management. Their techincal resources and expertise with Netsuite, Celigo, Shopify and general integration design and execution has directly aided in the set-up of our ERP and surrounding universe of integrations.
