We've been a customer of Odaseva since 2019 and are very pleased with the company and its platform. Their Managed Backup Services team sets up and monitors our backup plan for us so that our team is confident our Salesforce data is backed up, but without having to dedicate internal resources to it. We receive monthly reports on job completion which is very helpful. Overall we're satisfied with Odaseva and confident that if we ever needed to restore critical Salesforce data, we can achieve this quickly.
