What do you like best about Ocular?

My favorite feature of Ocular Video Assistance is its hassle-free accessibility. We are able to communicate visually with our clients on the fly without having to make them install any third-party application. What do you dislike about Ocular?

Things that I do not like about Ocular include its heavy reliance on reliable internet connection. If the user is in an area with limited internet bandwidth or unreliable cellular services, the quality of the videos may be affected by latency or lag time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ocular solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ocular resolves the problem of inefficiencies that occur in conventional methods of textual and vocal support because it offers immediate, web-based visual context. Rather than spending lengthy phone calls explaining complicated matters and unnecessary trips to your location, the agent can see the problem right away. This helps us because it dramatically decreases resolution times, lowers costs, and ensures a good customer experience without making them download more applications.
