What do you like best about Ocular?

It is extremely helpful when it comes to IT troubleshooting as it provides real-time visual remote support with live annotations.

It let's the support team see exactly what the onsite user is seeing through live video,

Draw arrows, circles, or instructions directly on the screen/feed.

What do you dislike about Ocular?

One of the major drawbacks of the platform is it's dependence on strong internet connectivity and device performance.

Users have reported lag or poor video quality during live seasions, audio-video synchronization problems in low-bandwidth areas.

What problems is Ocular solving and how is that benefiting you?

During my time in my previous organization where I worked as a Senior Consultant in the IT department. It helped the team to take remote access and guide the technicians and users during a troubleshooting. It makes it very easy and effortless to help solve the issue through AR annotation where we can draw arrows and circles and properly instruct the user.
