What do you like best about Octopos POS?

OCTOPOS is, in general, very convenient and easy to use on both the front and back ends. Its capability to handle all kinds of products, including groceries, non-grocery items, produce, seafood, and deli items, makes it an excellent POS. They have a great and prompt support team. Credit due where it is, they have been evolving faster and in a good way. The back office has improved significantly over the past year, resulting in simplified inventory management. What do you dislike about Octopos POS?

There is really nothing about disliking the POS. However, this is an app-based POS running on Android. Once in a while, some minor bugs disrupt synchronization among POS, PAX, and the printer. Exchange of items is also a little tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octopos POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The previous system was very limited, except for sales and inventory management. Also, the learning curve was steep. With OCTOPOS, the cashier training is much easier and has greatly reduced the training time. OCTOPOS also brings a number of other features, such as Customer rewards. Clock in/Clock out and control over user roles, to name a few. The reward system has helped us to gain a large number of loyal customers and business. Customers have various payment options. The reporting system is another huge advantage with OCTOPOS. Overall, it's been a great experience using OCTOPOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
