Hi Jen, Thank you for taking the time to share your review of ETQ Reliance! We are glad that you benefit from the system's automation and ease of process implementation. The decision tree item is a current system limitation. It would be great if you could submit this desired capability to our User Voice platform on ETQ Campus. We use the feedback to make decisions about our product roadmap.
