The major selling point for ETQ Reliance is the consolidation of all of an individual user's assignments and action items in a single place, regardless of what workflow they originate from. What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)? Development capabilities of ETQ Reliance are somewhat limited. I have run into a couple issues when developing new workflows that ETQ support was unable to resolve, and seem to be inherent limitations of the software. One example is the lack of ability to copy and paste large pieces of a document or workflow you have developed to re-implement in a new document or workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) solving and how is that benefiting you? The primary problem ETQ Reliance solves is the need for a person to monitor and manage progress of workflows. The first application we implemented in ETQ Reliance was Management of Change. Our previous MOC system involved a person holding weekly meetings with all MOC stakeholders to update MOC statuses and track action items. ETQ Reliance has eliminated the need for manual tracking and routine meetings. We have also built a system for managing quality incidents, customer complaints, and audit findings in ETQ Reliance. This process was not previously formalized, and relied on email communication between multiple departments.
