What do you like best about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

The EtQ system is a great system. The system can be configured to each company's needs. We are an Automotive Supplier. We are audited by various customers and our certification body on a regular basis. We are very confident when being audited and have gotten many compliments on the system. What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

We have been using the system since 1999. We do miss some of the functionality of the old system. We are becoming more familiar with the Reliance version of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) solving and how is that benefiting you?

ROI was justified with 12 months for us with the old system. A central data repository for our processes is another benefit. Utilizing the Reliance system has gained efficiency and accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
