What do you like best about OctaMeet?

It has been useful for keeping consultation meetings, follow-up discussions, and educational sessions better organized during regular work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly schedule nutrition consultations, patient follow-ups, health awareness discussions, educational meetings, and occasional learner sessions. What I like most is that scheduling meetings, creating meeting rooms, inviting participants, and managing upcoming sessions is simple and does not take much time. Having meetings, participant information, and scheduled events available in one place makes planning and coordination easier during busy workdays. Calendar integration is one of the features I find useful because scheduled meetings remain organized and easier to track. I also like that participants can join from different devices without a complicated process.

Screen sharing has been practical during online consultations when discussing diet plans, wellness progress, educational materials, and follow-up recommendations. It is also useful during health education sessions and learner discussions because explaining topics visually becomes easier. The webinar option is helpful for health awareness programs and educational presentations where multiple participants need to join and interact during the session. Meeting rooms, participant management, scheduling tools, reminders, and meeting summaries work together well and help keep communication organized. I use it regularly for consultations, follow-ups, educational sessions, and planning discussions. Performance has been smooth while scheduling meetings, joining sessions, sharing screens, and managing participants. I have not needed customer support often, but my overall experience has been positive. What do you dislike about OctaMeet?

Screen sharing works well overall, but during longer discussions I occasionally switch between shared content, participant views, and meeting controls. A slightly simpler layout for active sessions would feel more comfortable. Joining meetings is usually straightforward, but for first-time participants I occasionally need to spend a little time explaining where to find meeting details and session information. What problems is OctaMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

OctaMeet is helping me solve the problem of keeping meetings, follow-up discussions, and online communication organized in one place. Earlier, managing meeting schedules, participant information, meeting links, and planned discussions across different tools required more coordination and made it harder to keep everything properly organized.

Now I can schedule meetings, manage upcoming sessions, organize participant communication, and keep meeting-related information easier to access. Having meeting rooms, scheduling tools, webinar functionality, and meeting management features available together helps reduce manual coordination and makes planning discussions more convenient.

It also helps keep educational sessions, follow-up conversations, and online discussions better organized because meeting details remain easier to track. Screen sharing and participant management make communication more effective during discussions, while meeting summaries help with reviewing important points later.
