What do you like best about Octagos?

I love that the Octagos platform is web-based and accessible on my phone, making it easy to use from anywhere. The combination of the platform with technician support has been really helpful, especially when I'm busy or on call during evenings or weekends. Technicians have even reached out when there were critical alerts I might have missed; The seamless integration with Octagos and their excellent onboarding team made it easy to bring in thousands of patients and start monitoring them almost immediately, which was much smoother than experiences with other vendors. I'm also a lot happier with Octagos because it's web-based and integrates with any device, unlike the previous platform I used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octagos?

There are no issues that we have had with Octagos as a platform. We are still working to build our integration with EMR, which is Epic, and that is more of an issue from our admin and not from the company. Once we have true EMR integration, the platform will be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octagos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Octagos simplifies patient monitoring with implantable devices using AI and technician support, enhancing our ability to handle device recalls. The web-based platform and phone access allow me to interpret data efficiently, even during busy times. They also built an excellent heart failure-based platform which has been game changing.
