What do you like best about Octadesk?

Octadesk changed the game around here. What I like the most is that it ends the madness of jumping from tab to tab; having WhatsApp in the same place saves an incredible amount of time.

Moreover, the automation bots are very straightforward and don't leave the client hanging, which gives the team a huge breather to focus on what really matters. It's that tool you install and, in no time, you can't understand how you managed to work without the reports and organization it provides. What do you dislike about Octadesk?

At first, the number of functions is a bit overwhelming and it takes a little time to set everything up our way. But once you get past this adjustment phase, the tool runs so smoothly that we have nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octadesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we solved was the dispersion of conversations. Before, we would get lost between different tabs and devices, and now we've centralized everything. This gave the team tremendous agility and we stopped losing leads due to delayed responses. The ease of implementing automations also helped filter what is urgent from what is a simple question.
