What do you like best about ObserviX AI?

As an agency, we needed something that could handle multiple clients without the complexity of Google Analytics 4 or the price tag of Dreamdata. ObserviX's multi-tenant setup is perfect - each client gets their own workspace, and I can switch between them instantly. The attribution models are sophisticated but explained clearly, so even our junior marketers can interpret the data. Plus, clients LOVE the visual journey reports in our monthly presentations. What do you dislike about ObserviX AI?

Honestly, not much yet. We're still in the early stages, so I'd love to see more pre-built dashboard templates for e-commerce specifically. Also, mobile app tracking isn't available yet, but they mentioned it's coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ObserviX AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were spending $10K/month on ads with zero confidence about what was working. Google Analytics showed clicks, but we couldn't connect those to actual revenue. ObserviX connects our Shopify sales data and shows us ROI by channel, campaign, even by individual ad.
